Beginning on Sunday November 1st, 2020 CrossFit Jungle Gym will be reopening to indoor workouts!

We’ve been working out outdoors since June 8th and we’re excited to finally get inside.

In order to ensure a smooth transition and continued high quality training experience please read through the major details below!

Moving IN-DOORS in NOVEMBER!

We’ve been running outdoor workouts from June 8th, and will continue through the end of October. Beginning November 1st we’ll begin training inside!

Schedule

Our current class schedule can be found here. It includes weekly classes at: 5am, 6am, 7:30am, 9am, 3:45pm, 5pm and 6:30pm. Weekend classes at 8am and 9:30am. Updated October 13th

Class sizes

  • We will have a class size limit of 10 attendees per class. 12 for Saturday classes.
  • Sessions will run for ~45 mins.

Important details

  • All entrants will be temperature checked at the door before entry.
  • Any athlete who arrives late will be turned away due to indoor safety protocols.
  • Members must remain in designated workout spaces. Each athlete will be located min 6′ from any other athlete area and min 6′ from any designated coaching area.
  • All equipment necessary for the session will be located within the designated athlete area.
  • Everyone in the building must remain masked for the entire session.

Personal Training

  • We’ll have a cap of 2 Personal Training Sessions at a time while classes are running. Both coach and athlete must be masked.
  • Coach and athlete can train outside (and unmasked) if preferred.

You can sign in:

You’ll be allowed to sign in days ahead of time and as late as 2 and a half hours prior to start of class if spots are open. Cancelling within the 8 hour window is a “late cancel” please inform staff so we can give your spot to someone else. There is a waitlist. DO NOT SIGN UP THEN NOT SHOW UP! Updated October 13th

Do not sign up for a class

If in the last 24 hours:

  • you or someone you live with has had a fever over 100.4
  • you’ve had a cough, if you’ve lost your sense of taste or smell
  • if you’ve had unprecendented shortness of breath.

If in the last 14 days:

  • you have tested positive for COVID-19.
  • someone you live with has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • someone you work in close physical proximity to has tested positive for COVID-19.
  • you’ve traveled out of state to any of the states listed for 14 day quarantine

ONLY sign up if:

You agree to:

  • Agree to wear your mask at all times.
  • Follow the 6′ social distancing guideline
  • Listen to all cleaning protocols as guided by staff.
  • Not to share any equipment.

Entry into the facility

  1. Arrive on time for your session
  2. Mask On
  3. Temperature check (above 100.4 will be denied entry)
  4. Pass Health Questionnaire
    • Within the last 10 days have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 or been advised to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor?
    • Have you had any one or more of the following symptoms today OR within the past 24 hours?
      • Fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or
        nausea, vomiting or diarrhea?
    • In the past 14 days, have you had close contact (Been within 6′ of a COVID-19 positive person for a period of time greater than 10 minutes)?
    • In the past 14 days, have you traveled out of state? If yes, was the state on the quarantine list?
  5. Walk to and stay in designated area.

For your Safety

  • All athlete areas will be mopped with a bleach solution between sessions
  • All equipment will be sanitized after sessions and before the next sessions.
  • All athletes have been designated 200 sq ft of floor space and distanced a minimum of 6′ from each other.
  • All equipment will be placed in your designated area before hand.
  • Coaches will give you specific cleaning instructions before and after your session.
  • Masks are REQUIRED to be worn for indoor workouts.
  • PLEASE use the restroom before arriving and please bring your own water.
