Indian Run 400m (weather permitting)
With groups of 3-5. Start with the class in a line and begin to run/jog. The person in the back will make their way to the front of the line and will become the leader of the pack. This process will continue until the 400m is reached

In remaining time:
10 Ring Rows w/3s pause at top
10 Dumbbell Presses (e/s)
10 Inch Worms
50 jump rope singles


Strict pull-up 5 X 3

Build to a 3RM.
