1) 12/10 Cal Bike
2) 8 Shoulder-to-Overhead
3) 6 Lateral Shuttles (12ft Out+12ft Back=1)
4) Max TTB (or TTRings)
5) REST

Score is reps of TTB (or TTRings) + Bonus rep for each successful round of bike/S2OH/shuttle (Max of 18 bonus reps).
