THURSDAY: Handstand Progressions (Up to freestanding or handstand walk), Biking, DB Front Squats, Renegade Rows, & Devil’s Presses
FRIDAY: Ring/Bar Dips, Air Squats, Push-Ups, Box Jumps, & Hang Snatches
SATURDAY: Running, Wall Balls, Pull-Ups, Farmer’s Carry, & DB/KB Hang Cleans
SUNDAY: Open Gym
