But what if a food item has a long list of ingredients? What if you can’t even pronounce the words in that list? Do you need to avoid these things at all times? Obviously we are having some fun with this video, but what we hope you take away from this is that there are few rules in nutrition that don’t have a gray area. Your best bet is to make informed decisions. If you don’t know how to pronounce something, or are unsure of what a particular ingredient is….look it up. Ask someone that is more knowledgeable on the subject. Then decide if it fits into your plan and will help you take the appropriate steps toward achieving your goals.
