Level Method Testing!!!

LEVEL METHOD TESTING

On September 9 we start our Level Method Testing Schedule for 3 weeks!

And I wanted to go over some basic things with you:
Make sure to check out your levels before you attend classes so you can set a game plan on what tests to hit!

Even though we call this “testing” look at this as an ASSESSMENT. Simply an opportunity to see where you are! With that info we’ll be able to map out next steps! MOST of all, have fun!!!

There will be a "workout" option for each class — so testing isn’t mandatory.  If you come to class and have recently tested Deadlift, for example, you won’t have to retest deadlift in class you’ll be doing a different rep scheme.

If you’ve been training consistently BELIEVE that you will level up! For those of you who have recently finished your First 60 Days this may be some of your first levels getting entered since your first 6 sessions… SO GET EXCITED TO GET YOUR OVERALL LEVEL!
