Join the Body Composition Challenge!

What is the goal?

To improve body composition to a healthier, fitter and more shredded you!

How are we going to do it?

1-on-1 Measurement and Goal Setting

Meet with a coach who will take your initial measurements and discuss your specific goals and background. After this session your coach will be able to help guide you to the perfect plan! At the end of the program you and your coach will sit down again remeasure, celebrate your success and set a new goal for continued success after the challenge!

Nutrition

Over the course of 6 weeks participants will learn and practice the most effective nutrition principles for fat loss. Each week participants will join attend a group session to learn progressively important nutrition tactics to achieving success. During these discussion we will discuss: the importance of macronutrients, nutrition timing, finding quality foods, how to eat out but not fail your diet, eliminating hunger and building a full proof plan for long term success.

Bootcamp Style Workouts

Participants will also enjoy a great interval bodyweight workout to help speed up the fat burning! The workout portion of the program will last 30 minutes twice a week. Each workout will be a full body workout without any weights!

 

When is the challenge?

  • Registration: now through May 25th
  • Measurements: May 21st-29th
  • The Challenge: May 30th-July 9th
  • Re-measure: July 9th-July 13th

What are the times?

Bootcamp Workouts:

  • Monday and Wednesdays at 7-7:30pm
  • Wednesday and Fridays at 7-7:30am

Nutrition:

  • Wednesday at 7:30-8am and 7:30-8pm

What do I need to do?

Before the Challenge:

Book your initial measurement and goal setting session 1-on-1 with your coach between 5/21-5/25. You'll be e-mailed a link once you've registered!

 

During the Challenge:

Twice each week during the challenge you will meet with your coach and the rest of the group in either am or pm group for your 30 minute bootcamp style workout! Once each week you will meet with your Nutrition coach.

After the Challenge:

Book your final measurement and goal review session 1-on-1 with your coach between 7/9-7/13. You'll be e-mailed a link at the end of the challenge!
