Mobility 101 Program

Our Mobility 101 Program includes:

  • You will add 15 new Mobility drills to your toolbox.

  • You will improve ROM on 5 different joints (hips, shoulders, ankles, thoracic spine and wrists).

  • Learn the 3 Modalities of Mobility and how to use that to improve position and performance.

  • Learn how to do self-maintainence on your body

  • Program begins Thursday March 8th at 5:30pm

  • 5-30min group sessions (Thursdays at 5:30pm)

  • Post Program Mobility assessment
