CFJG Clinic: Strength Clinic Series

Who: This clinic is for athletes looking to improve their strength.
What: During this series of six, one hour clinics. Athletes will learn and train one main lift as well as three accessory lifts improve strength. Each session will build off of the last in a standard linear progression. These lifting sessions should be used as a supplemental program to your general fitness program.
When: Thursdays at 7pm beginning April 6th at CrossFit Jungle Gym
