Who: This clinic is for those looking to learn and improve running technique and build into the distance season. Running is a great way to improve metabolic conditioning!
What: This series of clinics will teach athletes the most important aspects of running while building up to a traditional race distance. This will include technique work on the 3 phases of running. After the skill work there will be some interval runs that will progress towards 5k meters!
When: Sunday April 17th-May 15th, 9am at CrossFit Jungle Gym
