Who: Anyone who is feels they need more tools to defend themselves from a threat. Those who would like to hone and practice basic skills that can keep them safe during an unexpected altercation. This will be an extension of the September 4th Self Defense class. It will feature a 15 minute review of previous material followed by new material.
What: This clinic is to provide a general understanding of self defense principles including:
Awareness
Ranges of Combat
Basics of Boxing offense and defense
Breaking grips
Ground 101
Multiple opponents
When: This clinic will take place Friday October 9th 7pm
Where: CrossFit Jungle Gym
Cost: Drop in($20) or Punch Pass.
