Who: For athletes looking to improve their jerk techinique, strength and movement awareness.
What: The Jerk is an important movement in our training. The jerk will build upper body strength beyond the capabilities of most other movements and is our best overhead strength builder. The drills in this clinic will help you improve your jerk so you can increase your training effectiveness and is a must for anyone stalled out on their jerk 1RM.
