How to solve our upper back pain problems!
- Anytime we feel like were in a bad posture, reset.
- Have a brace neutral spine - butt squezzed, rib cage pulled down, abs are tight, and externaly rotate your shoulders.
- Send your hips back first when you sit.
- Mobilize to help eliminate the discomfort in your back.
