How to solve our upper back pain problems!

  • Anytime we feel like were in a bad posture, reset.
  • Have a brace neutral spine - butt squezzed, rib cage pulled down, abs are tight, and externaly rotate your shoulders.
  • Send your hips back first when you sit.
  • Mobilize to help eliminate the discomfort in your back.
