The Burpee

  • Step 1: Bring your hand to the ground 
  • Then jump your feet behind you so you are in a plank
  • Next we sink down so your chest hits the ground
  • After that we extend our arms but sill keeping our hips on the ground
  • Once that is done we want to think about shooting our hips to the ceiling and jump our feet back inbetween your hands
  • Then you stand, jump and clap
