How To Do A Wall Climb

  • Step 1 find support position- hands on wall, jump up, hold with arms locked out
  • Bring one leg up and over wall- you should be sitting on your inner thigh, then switch to other thigh.
  • After that you are going to find support position on the opposite side of the wall 
  • Then jump down
