Things to focus on during the KB Swing

  • When approching the KB feet should be shoulder width apart, standing over top of the KB
  • Deadlift the KB (picking up KB from ground) while keeping a flat back and midline tight
  • Once you deadlift the KB we have a slight bend in the knee
  • Get the KB moving and then you explode up by extending your hips and knees at the same time.
