How Do I Do A Sumo Deadlift High Pull?

  • Kettlebell will start inbetween your feet
  • Your stance will be a sumo stance, all that means is your feet should be wider than shoulder width apart
  • Deadlift kettlebell, stand with hips and knees fully locked out
  • Then pull kettlebell right below chin with elbows high and outside
