How Do I Do A Sumo Deadlift High Pull?
- Kettlebell will start inbetween your feet
- Your stance will be a sumo stance, all that means is your feet should be wider than shoulder width apart
- Deadlift kettlebell, stand with hips and knees fully locked out
- Then pull kettlebell right below chin with elbows high and outside
