
In this rendition of Coach’s Kitchen Coach James shares a meal that is friendly to those following a vegan diet. Here at CrossFit Jungle Gym we recognize that we work with individuals that follow different dietary guidelines. Our goal is to help everyone be mindful about what they are consuming in order to optimally fuel their bodies and provide the macro and micro nutrients that will maximize performance.
This meal is a great option that will serve multiple people. For those that regularly meal prep, this could easily be divided up and have you covered for multiple days throughout your week!
The great thing about this type of meal is that you have an awesome option to follow as is, or you can add/subtract from it based on what sounds good to you. Feel free to swap out for different ingredients that you enjoy and season it to your taste!
