No Bake Protein Bars
Ingredients-
4 1/2 cups of uncooked oats
1 1/3 Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Fairlife ( or almond milk, regular milk, condensed milk etc)
5 scoops of chocolate protein powder
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
(You may need to add a bit more milk, if it is a little dry.)
Press mixture into one 9×9 pan and 1/2 of another.
Place pans in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Cut into squares and lay into a container. Place a layer of waxed paper over the bars and repeat.
Store in freezer, they will thaw quickly when you are ready for a snack!
